Summary of Requirements

The ExB SPU project “Assisting Supreme Court and Higher Courts in Implementing Judicial Reform and War-related Justice” envisages to organise a 2-day expert discussion in Kyiv on current challenges of implementing ECtHR case-law into domestic adjudication on 29-30 August 2024 in co-operation with the Office of the Council of Europe in Ukraine and the Supreme Court. The Event will be the second regional forum out of four to ultimately result in a national forum at the end of the year on implementing current ECtHR practice into Supreme Court positions as well as challenges, achievements and experience faced by the Supreme Court. The successful company is expected to ensure provision of comprehensive services outlined in Terms of Reference to organise a 2-day expert discussion, Kyiv, 29-30 August 2024.
