Event management services to organise a high-profile international conference AI and the Resilience of Justice in co-operation with the Supreme Court, 13-14 November 2026 in Lviv

Summary of Requirements

The Event will provide a platform for about 120 Ukrainian and European judges to discuss current challenges for the judicial independence, public trust and rule of law standards in applying modern technologies in the context of national and European law and enable exchange of experience and best practices with European supreme court judges. It will allow for a possibility for co-operative search for solutions and strengthening horizontal contacts between national judiciary as well as their European counterparts. The successful company will have to provide arrangements and comprehensive logistic support for this Event as outlined in Annex A – Terms of reference.
