Summary of Requirements

It is envisaged to organize a three-day training for all project managers and component leads of the Support Programme for Ukraine, titled “Project Management Training.” The aim of the project management training is to equip SPU staff, component leads, project managers, and assistants with the essential skills and knowledge to efficiently manage the project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and compliance with donor requirements.
