You will play a crucial part in the success of our Events team by providing comprehensive admin and data management support. This includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate our entertainment ticket program ensuring efficient ticket sourcing and distribution, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal partners. The ideal candidate possesses strong time management and organizational skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

- Accountabilities:
- Client Hosting – Ticket management
- Develop and implement an efficient ticket tracking and distribution process.
- Coordinate and manage ticket allocation and fulfillment in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tickets.
- Handle ticket-related inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all ticket transactions.
- Manage budgets and payments related to ticket management.
- Event Data management
- Source and organize large amounts of data, including client lists, attendee information, and event performance metrics.
- Utilize existing internal systems and event management software to track registrations, manage attendee data, and generate insightful reports.
- Leverage event management platforms (e.g. Hubspot) to support event registration and communication.
- Stay abreast of emerging event technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance event experiences.
Skills, experience & requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Advanced Excel and Sheets skills (i.e. data validation, pivot tables, conditional formatting, macros, filters, advanced charting)
- Digital skills, including data proficiency, event technology expertise
- Experience with event management software such as Hubspot
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional events.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
