We are looking for someone with a collaborative approach and excellent communication skills who
works well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including suppliers and
sponsors. You must have an ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining excellent
attention to detail.
What’s the role about?
The successful candidate will help us plan, deliver and evaluate the Nature of Scotland Awards
Ceremony due to take place in Edinburgh on 28 November 2024.
This will be a varied and interesting role which will include managing our ticket sales through
our NuTickets platform and allocating free places to finalists and VIPs. The role will also be
responsible for managing the delivery of our film content through sourcing this from finalists
and working with an external film maker on selected content. The post holder will also carry
out a wide range of additional comms, admin and event planning tasks in collaboration with the
Projects and Events Manager to ensure that the event is a success.
