Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and complete medium to large-scale events, relationship-building activities, and sponsorships that align strictly with our branding and positioning strategy.

  • Coordinate our client impact base at events to strengthen relationships and expand our segmented contact base.

  • Automate event-related journeys, seamlessly integrating data, CRM (SalesForce), and business intelligence.

  • Build and manage critical metrics to derive insights for continuous improvement.

  • Manage all partner relationships for events, relationship-building activities, and sponsorships.

  • Exhibit creativity and a keen interest in innovations, particularly those that improve event quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.

  • Postgraduate qualifications or specialized certifications are a plus.

  • Over three years of proven experience managing corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and sales conventions.

  • Proficiency with digital platforms such as Teams, GoToWebinar, and other virtual meeting and event software.

  • Expertise in Office Suite and job management tools like Teams, Planner, Trello, and others.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
