Exams Manager – Part-Time – UpminsterAre you an experienced exams manager looking for a rewarding role in education? Our secondary school in Upminster is seeking a dedicated exams manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the school’s examination and assessment process.As our exams manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of all internal and external examinations, from planning and coordination to compliance and results management. You will also be responsible for the recruitment, training, and deployment of a team of invigilators to support the exam process.Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering an effective, efficient, and friendly examination and assessment service
- Managing and organising the entire exam process in line with JCQ and awarding body regulations
- Recruiting, training, and coordinating a team of invigilators
- Liaising with teaching staff, senior leadership, and examination boards to ensure smooth exam administration
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met
The Role:
- Location: Upminster
- Hours: 24 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (to be discussed at interview)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
