This role focuses on delivering accurate, efficient, and compliant administration of student assessments and examinations while supporting institutional and awarding body requirements.Your Responsibilities Will Include:As an Exams Officer, you will take responsibility for ensuring seamless examination processes and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising and administering all aspects of exams, including registrations, timetables, room bookings, invigilation allocation, and secure handling of materials.
  • Accurately input, validate, and maintain student records, qualifications, and results while ensuring GDPR compliance and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with the Student Support & Wellbeing team to coordinate accommodations for students with special exam requirements.
  • Notify students and staff of details, results, and key deadlines; prepare reports and conduct data validation checks to ensure compliance.
  • Stay up to date with institutional and awarding body policies to ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements.
