With a strong local presence and top-tier talent, we deliver high-quality services as we help our customers bring their resources to our world.Job DescriptionFLINT is seeking Multiskilled Operators with experience operating various heavy machinery to support diverse mining operations for a permanent position in Fort McMurray, AB starting March 5, 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a 14/14 schedule, camp accommodations, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a 250+ excavator, coupled with at least 1 year of experience on a 988/993 Front End Loader.
• Dewatering experience (Pipe Fusion HDPE)
• Demonstrated experience in open pit mining, with a minimum of 2000 hours.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

• CSO or BSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada or OSSA Basic Safety Orientation)
• Basic Rigging and Inspection Online Course
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Able to train on new equipment when requested.
• Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
