Executive Assistant Floater in New York, New York

Top global private equity company located in Hudson Yards is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant Floater to support multiple individuals as needed within a business or across multiple businesses. This position will start ASAP and will be a long term, open-ended temporary role Hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm with flexibility to come in earlier and stay later as needed. This is on-site 5 days/week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage heavy calendars
• Coordinate domestic and international travel
• Answer phone lines
• Oversee monthly expenses
• Handle expenses for team members
• Ad hoc projects and other admin tasks as requested

Qualifications:

• At least five years of corporate support experience
• Experience in finance or similar environment strongly preferred
• Extremely detail oriented
• Confident individual with the ability to get things done
• Strong written and verbal communication

Hourly rate:

• $40-45/hrDOE
• Free lunch daily in office
