Executive Assistant in San Diego, California

Description

We are in search of a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is paramount in the support of top-level executives, providing administrative assistance, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and handle all schedule changes and cancellations.

  • Perform routine administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents.

  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, financial statements, and other documents.

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

  • Greet visitors to the executive office, ensuring a welcoming and professional image.

  • Handle confidential information discretely and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

    Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Discretion and confidentiality.

  • High School degree; additional qualification as Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant will be a plus.
