The Well being Care Human Useful resource Sector Council (HCHRSC) is a not-for-profit group working collaboratively with the well being and group care sectors to contribute to a high quality, sustainable workforce. The Council promotes excellence in human useful resource innovation and builds capability by collaboration with stakeholders.
Reporting to the Board of Administrators, the Govt Director is accountable for total administration and operation of the group, stakeholder relationships and public relations for the HCHRSC. The Director ensures goal focus, analysis, innovation and collaborative linkages to develop and share finest practices in addressing sector-wide well being human useful resource challenges in Nova Scotia by coaching, instruments and different helps.
