Overview

EXPESSION OF INTEREST: Cafeteria and Catering Services in UN House BiH in Zmaja od Bosne b.b.

 

The United Nations in Bosnia and Herzegovina is seeking expression of interest from qualified prospective suppliers/companies for full cafeteria and catering services to UN House BiH in Zmaja od Bosne b.b., which will include:

1. tea/coffee and other beverage;
2. daily meals, breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, bakery products, and desserts;
3. catering and hospitality services for internal meetings, conferences, and events, delivered to a consistently high standard;
4. other related commercial services proposed by the Supplier and accepted by UNDP in writing.

Requirements

1. Court Registration document;
2. Management Plan to be drawn up by the prospective supplier, including the proposed menu concept and service approach;
3. Price List for all cafeteria, beverage and catering items to be offered;
4. Inventory list of necessary k equipment, furniture and appliances to be installed by the supplier;
5. Supplier’s health, hygiene and food safety plan for a commercial food service facility

Submission of proposal:

A site visit will be organized on 12 and 15 June 2026 at Zmaja od Bosne b.b., 71000 Sarajevo. Prospective suppliers shall confirm in advance their intention to participate in the site visit by e-mail to registry.ba@undp.org, by 11 June 2026, with reference EoI-Cafeteria in the subject line.
