We are a leading recruitment agency looking to fill an exciting opportunity for a full-time EYFS HLTA to join a dynamic Primary school in Eaglescliffe to support a young boy in Reception with SEND needs. Candidates must hold a Level 4 or higher. Level 3 could also be considered.Key Responsibilities:

• Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, providing targeted support to students across various subjects.
• SEND knowledge
• Individualised Learning: Work closely with students who require additional help, offering one-on-one support and adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive classroom environment, managing behaviour in line with school policies and fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
• Resource Preparation: Assist in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources, ensuring that lessons run smoothly and efficiently.
• Student Welfare: Support the social and emotional well-being of students, acting as a mentor and providing guidance as needed.
