We have an exciting vacancy for an EYFS Phase Leader where the successful candidate will lead our fulltime Nursery and Reception classes to secure great outcomes for our pupils.“Pupils are enthusiastic and conscientious learners.”

– have a proven track record with raising standards and expectations in EYFS
– be an experienced Early Years practitioner with the drive and zeal to make our Early Years truly shine
– be able to lead the professional development of the Early Years teachers and support staff to promote strong teaching and learning and a positive school culture
– be able to communicate and work effectively to lead a phase as well as understand the current needs of children
– will be responsible for the day-to-day management and organisation of EYFS
– consistently demonstrate high expectations of pupils’ behaviour and of their academic achievement
– be self-motivated, creative and empathetic
– be committed to and enthusiastic about working within a team of professionals who are dedicated to nurturing and developing the whole child
