  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of Reception students.

  • Encourage students to take responsibility for their learning and develop their critical thinking skills.

Reception Teacher Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Early Years, particularly in Reception.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and effective assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
  • A team-oriented approach with a passion for creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and best practices in teaching.
