Greenwich Business School at the University of Greenwich is seeking to recruit two Faculty Executive Support Officers. One on a permanent basis, and the other on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.

This is an exciting role that will be crucial in supporting the Greenwich Business School’s leadership team in meeting their objectives. 

The postholder being part of a high performing executive team which lead on diary management, staff recruitment support, committee servicing and other administrative duties.

We are looking for someone that enjoys combining excellent administrative skills, an organised approach, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to develop good relationships with university students and staff.  

This is a key customer care role requiring a caring and empathetic attitude towards staff at all levels of seniority.

Greenwich Business School is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich and provides a wide range or postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. 

Greenwich Business School is located on the Greenwich Maritime Campus, a UNESCO world heritage site.  We seek to recruit a colleague willing to work with a diverse group of students and academic staff.

The post-holder must be able to work as part of a team to ensure that the wider administrative tasks within the Greenwich Business School are achieved.
