About the Project
Applications are invited for studentships that cover the cost of UK tuition fees. The School’s research activity is organised within three themes – Lifestyle for Health & Wellbeing, Sport, Business & Society and Sport Performance.
Applicants will be required to look at the research themes, make contact with a potential supervisor, naming them on the application form and submit a 2,000 word research proposal that outlines;
- a clear statement of the problem;
- existing literature on the problem;
- appropriate research methods;
- scope and nature of the project;
- problems, challenges, issues;
- possible conclusions.

Entry requirements
Applicants should have achieved at least a 2:1 in their undergraduate degree in a relevant subject. A masters degree would be an advantage.
