Name: Final Evaluation of the Business Grant Program in Ukraine (Part 2)

 

Oxfam Ukraine response under the PMU hereby call for Expression of Interest from consultancy firms to send their bids for the mentioned consultancy.

 

Scope: The evaluation seeks to assess the relevance, effectiveness and impact of the business grant programme initiated by Oxfam in partnership with Bank Lviv. This programme was developed as a response to the devastating effects of the war in Ukraine on the MSME sector, which holds significant importance in the Ukrainian economy. The evaluation is also intended to measure the extent to which the programme has facilitated the recovery and stabilization of MSMEs and how the MSMEs have contributed to the humanitarian response in Ukraine through an innovative model of assistance.
