You’ll have a wide range of opportunities to grow and develop your career in an inclusive environment where you’ll feel valued and supported to be your best – both personally and professionally.The Opportunity:As a Finance and Treasury Analyst for Fidelity Canada within the Corporate Treasury and Controllership Department, this role will be reporting into the Director, Finance and Corporate Accounting in performing a variety of analytical and operational tasks including: providing cross-functional support to several areas across the organization, playing a key part in with daily treasury operations, collaborating with banking partners, liquidity risk management, financial reporting, process improvements.What You Will Do:
- Primary contact and responsibility over the daily treasury operations within the corporate treasury team including bank account reconciliations, monitoring of account balances and processing of ad-hoc money movements from corporate bank accounts
- Monitoring and maintaining financial models of cash inflows and outflows to maintain optimal liquidity levels and assist in the evaluation of financial performance and strategic initiatives
- Preparing treasury reports, including cash position summaries, debt covenant reporting, and financial forecasts for management review
- Support the teams with maintaining cash flow forecasts and ensure consistency with quarterly P&L forecasts as completed by the forecasting and budgeting team, analyzing actual results versus budget and forecast
- Development and enhancement of a Fidelity Canada Corporate Treasury Dashboard
- Provide ad hoc analysis to the Director and Treasury Finance Manager to assist in responding to specific requests from Senior Management
- Collaborate with banking and business partners to help identify and implement solutions which improve efficiency and effectiveness through the elimination, simplification, and automation of processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Post-Secondary degree with a focus on business (Accounting, Economics, Commerce preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience working in a finance department with experience in corporate treasury, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting or business planning
- Experience working in the Financial Services industry is preferred but not required
- Completion of or working towards a financial/accounting designation (CPA)

- You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI experience is an asset
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well with all levels of the organization
