This is a fantastic opportunity for a diligent Finance Assistant to join a thriving property department within a respected organisation. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting procedures and a flair for numerical accuracy.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to the property department.
- Carry out daily banking and reconciliation activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Adhere to financial regulations and procedures.
- Support team members in budget planning and forecasting.
- Resolve financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

- A strong academic background in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A solid understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
