Key Areas of Responsibility•Involvement in financial month end process (posting journals, reporting, liaising with our shared service center etc).•Assist team with approving site spend•Monitor inventory movements•Assist with tracking capital spend and monitor projects status.•Provides support to the team and department by completing other activities as required.•Project work – Identifies the project charter, objectives, scope, success factors, milestones and evaluation metrics.•Ensures compliance with Finance, Quality and Safety. •As a student, effectively adapt to practically working in a work place by being dependable, reliable, punctual, self-motivated, hardworking, organised, and a team-player.Qualifications Knowledge Skills•Currently completing a college qualification in a business discipline •Honesty and Integrity essential. Must comply with the regulations and company policies•Self-motivated, flexible and hardworking. Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast and results orientated environment•Reliable, dependable and punctual•Organised, focused and capable of multi-tasking•Good analytical and problem solving skills•Good verbal and written communication skills•Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, outlook and powerpoint•Is a team player and capable of working as part of a multi-disciplined team
