Requirements include:Previous experience and knowledge:

  • Academic background in Accounting or Finance, MBA or Finance Certification (CFA or similar) are a plus.
  • Must have experience in the financial industry of 5+ years, banking preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point is essential.

Languages:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both written and verbal

Soft Skills:

  • Must be well organized, detail oriented and demonstrate organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain financial reports and good skills for powerpoint presentations.
  • Communication skills with ability to interact with different departments

OverviewIn direct reporting line with the CFO of UK & CE the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implement and enforce compliance with corporate and local expense policies.
  • Implement tools for expense control, producing information that allows management to take decisions regarding expenses.
  • Coordination with Madrid expense teams (CIB and Holding).
  • Follow up and control of the local suppliers’ admission processes.
  • Tracking of travel expenses as well as implementing mechanisms to control and monitor them.
  • Budget process.
  • Coordinate with local and corporate tax teams.
  • Lead the Local Efficiency Working Group.
