Description

We are looking for our future Finance Performance Manager to join Aliaxis’ Global Operations team in Brussels.

In close cooperation with the local plants and regional manufacturing teams, the role aims to drive the financial performance management processes for manufacturing and supply chain at a global level and deploy relevant metrics to monitor progress against Aliaxis’ ambition to drive continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate can count on relevant financial experience gained in an international Manufacturing/Supply Chain environment or in a top-tier consultancy firm.

Ability to summarize complex information into crisp messages and capacity to navigate in a truly global environment are a must.

Job Description

The role reports to the Group VP Finance – Global Operations and operates at a global level in a matrix organization.

Its key responsibilities can be summarized as follows:

  • Definition, harmonization and coordination of the operational and financial KPIs across plants and regions;
  • Oversee the automation of the reporting for operations KPIs and definition/implementation of the most relevant data visualization frame;
  • Drive continuous improvement of PowerBI reporting platform (incl. further automation streamlining and industrialization of data flows);
  • Support business’s demands on several aspects (ex: internal and external benchmarking on relevant measures, support decision making for various initiatives).

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or another relevant domain;
  • Relevant experience in External Audit, Financial or Business Controlling, or FP&A, ideally built in an international environment (matrix structure);
  • Experience in a consultancy firm/big four environment is appreciated;
  • Experience in manufacturing/supply chain (ex: plan controlling). Motivation to work in that area is a must;
  • Passion to monitor, harmonize and link KPIs with financial performance in the Operations field;
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of other relevant software’s is a plus (Power BI, SAP, Cognos TM1…);
  • Capacity to translate and summarize financial and business indicators into crisp messages, with actionable/meaningful information;
  • Ability to manage a range of stakeholders across diverse teams, locations and time zones.
