- Diploma or certificate in office or business administration or related field
- Recent and considerable experience providing administrative support to senior-level management i.e. coordinating schedules, proof-reading documents, booking travel, and drafting and preparing letters and memo’s
- Recent and extensive experience providing broad range of financial functions, i.e. budget tracking and contract management, and creating financial reports and projections with Managers and Director.
- Experience using Yukon Government computerized financial systems (i.e. FMIS, Quest, Front End) would be an asset
Candidates who have related training/coursework combined with extensive senior administrative experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will equally be considered.Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Suitability:
