We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be integral to our financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, month-end accounting, and treasury. This is a full time permanent position located in Toronto, Ontario which offers a hybrid working environment. Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for;

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, providing variance analyses and actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and analyzing records for accuracy.
• Manage cash flow forecasting to optimize liquidity and meet organizational financial goals.
• Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
• Leverage SAP ERP software for financial data management, ensuring system efficiency and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ year’s of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting experience in a corporate or professional environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formula creation, data analysis, and automation tools.
• ERP experience required; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial information effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
