Analysis includes comparing results against budget and prior year as well as evaluating the Company’s KPI’s.Job Title: Financial Analyst

Benefits:YesJob Responsibilities:-Day-to-day banking and cash management of the organization
-Downloading daily bank activity to facilitate update of the bank reconciliation module
-Communication with banks and credit card service providers on a regular basis
-Timely accounting of banking activities
-Timely completion of account reconciliations – bank accounts, loan accounts, etc
-Administration of Fixed Assets – ensure reconciliation of sub-ledger to GL, update of continuity schedules, tracking of capital projects
-Processing assigned month-end journal entries
-Filing of monthly commodity tax returns, and analysis of accounts
-Assisting with compilation of information to facilitate preparation of corporate tax returns
-Other tasks as requiredQualifications:-Experience with full cycle accounting.
-Strong analytical skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, Word).
-Ability to meet deadlines efficiently & under pressure. Experienced in identifying opportunities for efficiencies and -effectiveness, and implementation thereof.
-Must be detail oriented and organized.
