The Finishing Manager will oversee quality control, project management, and production management of our paint, stain, and clear line operation to ensure efficient finishing processes. The ideal candidate selected for this should have experience withing a manufacturing finishing environment, preferably in wood working.
Job Title: Finishing Manager
Location: East Bernard, TX
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 7am to 4:30pm
Relocation will be provided with potential sign-on bonus
What’s the Job and what’s Needed?

7+ years of experience in a finishing (paint, stain, clear coat) or wood finishing is preferred.

5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience is required.

5+ years of experience in lean manufacturing preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Quality Control and Production Management skills

Project Management experience

Site Management Safety
-
Background in Manufacturing processes

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
