The Opportunity.The Firearms Technical Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting our customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service complications via phone and email.

The Job.The Firearms Technical Customer Service Representative has detailed knowledge of general firearm platforms and (preferably) experience with the AR15 and M5 platforms. They will assist potential customers by answering product and service questions, including warranties and terms of sales. Additionally, the Firearms Technical CSR creates and upgrades customer accounts by recording essential information as well as maintaining customer records by updating information as needed. The Firearms Technical CSR resolves product and/or service problems by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of AR15 platform

• Excellent customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Experience with “Customer Chat” plugin

• High volume phone skills

• Ability to resolve conflict

• Ability to multi-task
