Food Service Supervisor

£27,138 to £28,971 per annum (inclusive of 4.5% monthly shift allowance)

The Front of House team at Emmanuel College (known as ‘Emma’) is seeking to appoint an organised, personable, and calm individual as Food Service Supervisor to work within our busy Catering Department. Headed up by the Front of House Manager, delivering excellent food service to a variety of customers, in a traditional environment, you must be a team player and able to lead by example.  In an often-demanding environment, the ideal post-holder will have the ability and confidence to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a good understanding of food service skills, always demonstrating a courteous and professional manner. Customer-focused and keen to help, you will be IT-literate and have a working knowledge of relevant Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policies. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, including some evening and alternate weekends on a rota basis.

Housekeeper

Salary range £35,129 – 40,086 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

This exciting opportunity to join the College’s Household Department is now available. The suitable candidate for this role will need to have the ability to lead and motivate a large team of nearly 50 staff across multiple sites on a day-to-day basis including both staff, fellow and communal areas within the college. The candidate will also need to have good attention to detail and an ability to communicate in a variety of ways along with strong organisational skills. Outreach and Widening Participation Co-ordinator

Thanks to generous donations to our ongoing Emma Enables project, Emmanuel College is seeking to appoint a committed and energetic candidate with experience and understanding of widening participation in Higher Education to the newly created role of Outreach and Widening Participation Co-ordinator. The Co-ordinator will assist the Admissions Team with the ongoing development of the College’s widening participation, outreach and recruitment strategy, manage the College’s Schools Liaison Officer, and work with them on the implementation of the College’s strategy.

Salary range £35,129 – £36,047 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

The College is seeking to appoint casual catering staff to provide a high quality food service within its busy Front of House Department.  A variety of shifts are available including weekends and evenings.

Rate of pay is £9.50 – £11.00 per hour.
