Adecco is hiring experienced Forklift, Crown Reach, Order picker and Walkie drivers in Mississauga for our client, a leading logistics company in Canada. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity! You must be available to work full time (40 hours) a week. This role requires a valid forklift certification (i.e. Crown reach, order picker, and walkie).Pay Rate: $20/hr. – $Start date: Immediate.Location: Main Intersection – Mississauga and BramptonShift: Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm & 3:00 pm – 11:00 pmJob Type: Temp to Perm, Full time (Must be available to work full time 40 hours+ Overtime Hours)Why apply?Weekly Pay + 4% Vacation pay added to each cheque.Opportunity to be hired on permanently.Discounted safety shoes from MarksGreat referral bonus programStrong health and safety programsForklift Responsibilities:Maintain an organized, clean environment and adhere to safe working procedures.Perform other general warehousing duties as assigned.Safety- take MHE safety seriously when working racks, dock, etc. Fellow MHE Operators and GLs on floor, be aware and communicate.Quality- follow the company process, to be careful with product, also longer pallets need machines with longer forks.Reliability- 5 days a week with OT due to high volumes.Productivity- using their time well on the floor, always be moving and ignore distractions.Overall positive work attitude.Forklift Qualifications:Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.Previous experience in a fast-paced, logistics environment considered an asset.Basic computer skillsForklift positions include Crown Reach, Walkie, Dockstoker, Order picker and counterbalance.Associates must be licensed with 1 year experience.Associate must have previous warehouse experience and be comfortable with general Labour including case picking, palletizing product.Must be comfortable driving and working in a fast-paced environment.Attendance and Performance is criteria.Must be legally eligible to work and reside in CanadaAdecco is the largest staffing firm in Canada with over 40 locations and our passionate team is dedicated to find you a job you’ll love.
