Description

We are looking for Teleoperators/agents with native French and advanced English residing in the Seville area with a profile focused on customer service, to support a leading company in the sound equipment market in the event of possible incidents that customers may have.

What do we offer you?

• Competitive salary of 19.000€/year.
• Permanent contract 39h per week.
• Working hours from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with alternate weekends. Weekends only until 5:30 p.m.
• Training within contract.
• On-site working modality at our hub located in Los Remedios (Seville). Posibility of W@H once the learning curve has been overcome.

What do we need?

• FRENCH – Native or bilingual.
• ENGLISH – Advanced (B2-C1).
• Residence in the Seville area.
