If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA).In this role, you will be responsible for the leading, engineering & developing quality software components and applications for brokerage products. You will build, modernize, and maintain web applications. You will also apply and adopt variety of cloud-native technologies for the products. In addition to building software, you will have an opportunity to help define and implement development practices, standards and strategies.We are seeking to hire a squad of 8 people to work within our existing team of software engineers, analysts, and product managers to continue build out the new product. This application is designed to provide a quick, easy way for qualified participants to easily give directly to the charities of their choice. Each team member will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver an appealing and modern high-quality product to our customers. Our team operates much like a start-up using a modern tech stack and staying on top of industry standards and best practices. Our team uses some of the most cutting-edge software and always looks to investigate using new technologies and paradigms.Experience :5+ years of full stack development experience5+ years of Java including Spring Boot3+ years of Typescript Angular version 12 or higher
Practiced Agile Processes (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience applying Software Engineering Architecture and Design Patterns (OO, Functional, REST) Experience with API design & Development. Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
Knowledge of SQL, Relational Database (Oracle) and Object Relational Mapping (Hibernate).
Understanding of NgRx and RxJS are a bonus.
Relational Database experience, Oracle preferred.
Experience writing unit tests, integration/api tests, and e2e test.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs
