AIIB’s ITSM system is built on top of the ServiceNow platform. The system serves user to raise IT related request, including asset application, account access application etc. It also manages IT issue and change process. A few of business department portal are also build on top of this platform. The consultant needs to participate in the development on this platform to support both IT Department and business department. The consultant also needs to support ITD Project Managers to develop flexible requirements.
1. Support development tasks on ITSM/ServiceNow platform.
2. Support Project Manager on flexible requirements development.
1. Development on ITSM/ServiceNow platform.
2. Development on Powerapps, Java/SpringFramework technical stack to implement flexible requirements.
1. Good quality code and stable functions.
2. UAT/Integration report
3. Technical design document
4. Service and maintenance report.
the consultant needs to work in AIIB Headquarter.
Follow AIIB’s standard.
Knowlege sharing and Training will be provided to the consultant when onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in a field relevant to computer science or software engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development and technical design.
• Strong development skills in Core Java, SpringFramework, C++, NodeJS, PowerApps etc.
• Familiar with ServiceNow platform.
• Effective communication and engagement skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Results oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
