How can you make a difference? 

  • Prepare reports and analyses of results of telemarketing campaigns according to the needs of the area.
  • Assist in daily monitoring the activities of the call center verifying the progress and performance of the operators and the campaign in general, and ensuring that the goals and budget are met.
  • Contribute to monitoring weekly the fulfillment of the goals in terms of acquisition of new donors through telemarketing and propose actions to be taken to their supervisor.
  • Support in training and motivating telemarketing teams.
  • Define the segmentation of the bases by a campaign based on the expected results and available records.
  • Draft scripts for each campaign and deliver constantly updated information to telemarketing teams, as well as monitor and ensure the quality of the messages that are being delivered to future donors.
  • Coordinate the entry of new donors to the base, check their correct validation and follow up until the first donation is received.
  • Perform the quotation and billing processes of the telemarketing strategy and administrative tasks in general, such as monitoring the inventory.

Impact of Results

To implement future individual fundraising work plans to increase RR funds, we must strengthen the operational capabilities of the team. This position will help the expansion of the program under three complementary logics:

  • Continuous and systematic control and overview of telemarketing campaigns to ensure the growth of the acquisition and the achievement of the annual objectives.
  • Adequate collection of data and results for decision-making.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers.

Minimum requirements:

  • Education:  Completion of Secondary School.
  • University-level courses in Marketing, Publicity, Communication, Business Administration, communication, fundraising or related areas will be considered an asset.
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of professional relevant experience in areas of customer service, call center, sales, marketing, commercial, or fundraising. Database Management is desirable.
  • Language Requirements:Fluent in Spanish. English will be considered an asset.
