Job Abstract

Because the Improvement Supervisor you’ll be liable for the Stanwick Lakes’ fundraising exercise together with belief and basis, particular person giving campaigns, membership scheme, crowd funding and legacy growth. You’ll work carefully with the specialist groups inside the organisation (heritage, training, conservation and nature engagement) to develop appropriate campaigns, then analysis and put together the proposals to ship them.

Predominant duties and tasks:

  • Develop and provoke RFT’s 3 – 5 yr fundraising technique, throughout belief and basis, particular person giving campaigns, crowd funding and legacies, and (working carefully with the advertising group) the membership scheme.
  • Develop compelling belief and basis purposes, constructing robust relationships with related stakeholders and fulfilling all reporting necessities.
  • Establish and analysis prospects, working with the board and the SMT to maximise their networks.
  • Develop and maintain an agreed pipeline of donors together with giving circles, main donors, unrestricted common and one-off supporters and legacy growth.
  • Work with the industrial supervisor on company fundraising technique and supply.
  • Guarantee clear, constant and interesting messaging is communicated throughout all fundraising supplies and communications.
  • Work with the Belief Director and Advertising and marketing Supervisor to develop and distribute profitable advertising campaigns/promotional materials the place related to the fundraising technique.
  • Work with the Belief Director to set annual revenue targets for RFT’s fundraising technique.
  • Present common stories to the Belief Director, SMT and Board of Trustees as required.
  • Exhibit consciousness/understanding of equal alternatives and different individuals’s behavioural, bodily, social and welfare wants.
  • Act as key-holder as required.
  • Act as first-aider and fireplace warden as required.
