The Role:

 

We are looking for a talented communicator with strong project management skills to join our highly motivated, fun and friendly team. This role reports to the Head of Partner Insight and Engagement and is a central part of Funding & Strategic Partnerships, working with colleagues based around the world on high profile partnerships and influencing the aid sector for the better.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

 

  • Experience of developing and delivering highly engaging and effective communications products and strategies
  • Project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects at once
  • Strong written communication skills, including copywriting skills
  • Proven ability to synthesise complex information into concise, compelling communications
  • Strong relationship building skills, including listening, questioning, building rapport and understanding the needs and values of audiences
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team
