JOB SUMMARY

The Furnishings Crew Lead is accountable for shifting and repairing furnishings, sustaining furnishings stock, assists with making ready residential areas for occupancy, maintains the furnishings stock, and assists with making ready residential areas for occupancy. JOB DUTIES

• Restore furnishings in residential amenities.

• Transfer, assemble/disassemble, and retailer furnishings in campus housing and storage areas.

• Keep stock of present and new furnishings.

• Obtain, place, and/or retailer furnishings deliveries.

• Maintain storage areas clear, organized, and in compliance with security requirements.

• Put together, distribute, and retailer provides and gear.

• Drive a ten’ field truck as wanted.

• Put together/prepare residential areas as wanted.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Capability to elevate and transfer heavy objects (sometimes utilizing a handcart).
