Sponsorship is not available for this role **Fusion Financials Support & BI Analyst – Healthcare – Edinburgh. This is a hybrid role and you will be based at our Edinburgh offices twice a week, with the remainder working from home.Meet the team:Join our dynamic team as a Financial Analyst, where you’ll collaborate with the Oracle System Integrator and diverse business and IT teams. You’ll play a key role in supporting Dexcom’s expanding ERP Cloud Financials implementation and multi-platform Order to Cash solution.You will own and resolve Production incidents, whilst delivering or supporting the delivery of small enhancements. The ability to communicate and prioritise effectively in a global setting is critical. You will thrive on working collaboratively on complex business problems, to create architecturally sound solutions that address business needs whilst adhering to global architecture.EMEA Enterprise Applications are heavily integrated with core systems being Oracle Fusion/EBS, Sales Force Oracle Service Cloud, and Kafka based microservice integrations. A full understanding and significant hands-on experience of Oracle cloud Financials is required, as is and experience of developing and supporting complex reports and queries in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and Business Intelligence Cloud Connect.Where you come in:

• You will identify and resolve production support incidents and problem management tickets
• You will manage and prioritise Support requests across internal and external resources
• You will provide knowledge and consultation to users in area of expertise, primarily Oracle Cloud Financials and Business Intelligence
• You will provide functional support in defining business requirements and functional designs.
• You will assist the Data and Analytics team in developing new reporting extracts to the Dataware house and supporting existing extracts
• You will support reporting requirements in Fusion OTBI, including analytics & dashboards
• You must Have a good understanding of Enterprise application integration standards and principles.
• You will engage with senior management of Dexcom collaborators, understand their business, offer strategic guidance, and build trust as an advisor.
• You will liaise with Oracle on active Service Requests.
• You must ensure compliance with existing regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley, FDA, HIPAA, and GDPR

What makes you successful:

• You will have solid experience in support or functional design and configuration on Oracle Cloud Financials Modules; e.g. Oracle General Ledger, Fusion Tax, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc.
• You will have solid hands-on experience with writing and maintaining reports in Fusion Analytics
• Ideally you will have experience with Oracle BI Cloud Connector

Location:

• Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years’ experience.
