Robert Half is partnered with a growing organization in the manufacturing industry you is looking for a General Accountant to join their team. This is a full time permanent opportunity that offers a hybrid working environment. Reporting to the Controller, the General Accountant will be responsible for;

• Prepare and post journal entries and assist in the timely preparation of monthly financial statements
• Analyze and reconcile various balance sheet General Ledger accounts
• Preparation of bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Prepare Month End reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support with the Year End Audit
• Ensure established procedures and guidelines are followed to accurately maintain the organization’s financial records and transactions

The skills you will bring with you:

• 2-3 years of full cycle accounting experience
• A degree or diploma in finance or accounting
• Currently in pursuit of a CPA designation is an asset
• Strong Excel skills – including proficiency with V Lookup and Pivot Tables;
• Experience with a recognized ERP platform; MS Dynamics 365
• Proven communication skills.
