Are you passionate about the world around us and eager to inspire students to explore the fascinating subject of Geography? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Geography Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Rye, East Sussex.About the Role:As a Geography Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Plan and prepare lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities, fostering a love of Geography in every student.
• Use assessment and feedback effectively to support students’ progress and achievement.
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators to enhance the department’s success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is advantageous but not essential. Applications from experienced UQTs (Unqualified Teachers) are welcome.
• Experience: Demonstrable experience teaching Geography in a school setting.
• Skills: Strong classroom management, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to diverse learning needs.
• DBS: A valid Enhanced DBS check (or a willingness to obtain one).
• Attitude: A genuine enthusiasm for Geography and a desire to help students succeed.
