The Role:

- Curriculum Expertise: Contribute to the planning and delivery of a dynamic and enriching Geography curriculum that encompasses cultural understanding, and communicative competence.
- Innovative Teaching: Employ a variety of teaching methods and resources, including interactive technology, authentic materials, and cultural activities, to create a stimulating and immersive learning experience.
- Pastoral Involvement: Play an active role in the pastoral care of students, supporting their well-being and personal development.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a genuine passion for Modern Foreign Languages education.
- Subject Expertise: Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Geography, with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of Geography language and culture.
- Engaging Educator: Employ innovative teaching methods to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the Geography Department.
