The proposed resource MUST have a minimum of ten (10) years of working experience as GIS Project Manager.2. The proposed resource MUST have experience as a GIS Project Manager on large-scale Geomatics project where Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) was utilized or equivalent.3. The proposed resource MUST speak English.4. The Bidder MUST provide two (2) Client project references which demonstrate the resources’ experience as GIS Project Manager.
