Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Digital Marketing Architect to join our Pharmaceutical Solutions Division (PSD) Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Communication Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and supporting cutting-edge digital marketing applications and strategies to enhance the visibility and market position of PSD.

Job Responsibilities

As the Global Digital Marketing Architect, your responsibilities include:

Strategic Development:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communication Manager to craft a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to PSD’s goals, leveraging various channels like websites, social media, email marketing, and search engines.
  • Proactively identify and exploit new digital marketing opportunities to bolster PSD’s marketing initiatives, continuously monitoring and benchmarking competitors’ activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align digital goals and objectives, overseeing content creation, advertising campaigns, and budget management.
  • Champion digital marketing initiatives by providing training programs to enhance the digital skills of PSD associates.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherence in marketing efforts across different channels, defining project specifications and ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Manage project documentation, timelines, and budgets, reporting progress against KPIs as required.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:

  • Measure and analyze the performance of digital channels, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive engagement and awareness through tactical programs and track results, recommending and implementing actions to enhance the company’s presence across emerging digital and social media channels.

Content Strategy and Creation:

  • Develop and guide the implementation of an engaging digital content marketing strategy through storytelling.
  • Design optimized digital customer journeys and segmented communications for awareness and education.
  • Write, edit, or refine high-impact digital content across all customer touchpoints, optimizing for user engagement and education.

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, adapting strategies to evolving customer behavior and industry changes.
  • Support internal digital communication efforts and information sharing, managing digital applications in collaboration with internal departments such as ICT.

Profile Description

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing automation software, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with copywriting experience in the Pharma & medical device sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of web publishing and the regulatory landscape for marketing across different regions.
  • Highly developed attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating and modifying digital marketing materials.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
