About the Role

As a CBRE Global Learning & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for providing communication and media direction and assist with the development, implementation, and administration of Learning and Development programs.

What You’ll Do

Create internal and external communication plans and assist with the development and delivery of communications. This includes content and media strategies, conducting interviews and surveys, and brainstorming sessions.

Partner with stakeholders on short and long-term communications and learning strategies. Track performance metrics and campaign outcomes. Ensure that key messages align with what we value and goals.

Own and progress the creation and execution of learning strategies and programs.

Define, develop and implement the learning and development program and calendar for the account, across all service lines, working with the account leadership team.

Put in place policies and procedures to ensure the coordination and delivery of company-wide learning curriculums.

Maintain organizational communications to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.

Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results and gather information for strategic direction.

Participate in the continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy.

Provide formal supervision to employees. Conduct performance evaluations. Supervise the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities.

Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department target dates. Mentor as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

  • Ability to guide the exchange of complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.

  • Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job field and department.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Global Learning & Communications Manager position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Global Learning & Communications Manager position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
