You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of our client’s products, while supporting their commitment to sustainable agriculture.You will:

• Provide expert scientific guidance for new and existing product registrations, product stewardship, and registration maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers and department heads, to ensure regulatory compliance and address emerging scientific issues.
• Develop and implement strategies for global regulatory compliance in toxicology and safety reporting.
• Lead and manage a team of consultants and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Represent the company in relevant industry associations, staying abreast of the latest regulatory trends.

The Ideal Candidate:

• PhD in Toxicology or a related field, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in pesticide regulatory toxicology (or MS with 10-15 years of combined experience).
• Proven track record of success in leading and managing scientific teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to quality and a meticulous attention to detail.
• ERT, DABT, or related board accreditation in toxicology (preferred).
