The Opportunity

Talent Acquisition Organization is crucial for business continuity and success as well as competitive advantage. This is why we are crafting a brand-new Talent Sourcing Hub (Talent Scouts) in Poland as part of levelling up our global TA capabilities. It’s a unique chance to be part of something new and innovative from the very beginning.

We are looking for a Global Talent Sourcing Lead, GTM (Go to Market) to join our team, playing a key role in filling the candidate pipeline and providing lead generation for our Talent Partners and strategic division. This global role offers the opportunity to take charge of sourcing projects worldwide, with a focus on proactive sourcing, headhunting, referral management, internal talent movement, diversity and inclusion (D&I), and unique roles, ensuring full utilization of the Talent Acquisition (TA) toolkit. You will be instrumental in shaping the sourcing strategy, collaboration, and driving impactful initiatives across key roles and areas for GTM: sales, presales, portfolio development, customer success, and professional services such as implementation and application engineering.

You will create an impact by:

  • Leadership Approach : Develops collaboration and trust, communicates effectively, leads with integrity and appreciation, and improves team performance through coaching and mentoring.

  • Strategic Talent Mapping : Create and implement a global talent mapping strategy, identifying critical roles, skill gaps, and emerging markets.

  • Direct Sourcing Mastery : Apply direct sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build a pipeline of top-tier talent.

  • Collaboration with Hiring Teams : Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to present pre-qualified candidates that fit their needs.

  • Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of market trends to advise sourcing decisions and address talent shortages.

  • Candidate Engagement : Craft compelling messages and provide personalized experiences to potential candidates.

  • Data-Driven Approach : Analyze sourcing metrics to optimize channels and improve conversion rates.

  • Global Mindset : Embrace diversity and adapt sourcing strategies to different cultural contexts.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:

  • Direct Sourcing Expertise : Proven track record in directly sourcing candidates for various roles. Familiarity with Boolean search, X-Ray techniques, and creative sourcing methods.

  • Team Leadership: Leads by example, emphasizing the value of coaching and mentoring to improve team performance and individual growth.

  • Relationship Building: Outstanding social skills. Build trust with candidates and hiring teams. Network like a pro—both online and offline.

  • Market Savviness: Stay curious about industry trends, new technologies, and talent market shifts. Translate market insights into actionable sourcing strategies.

  • Global Perspective (Desirable): Experience sourcing talent across different continents. Adaptability to diverse cultural contexts.
