• Full time, long-term position (full academic year, Monday-Friday)
• Work college hours, term time only – 08:45-16:30
• Excellent experience prior to teacher training
• Utilize your subject knowledge and passion for education
• Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Offer cover for departments when teachers are absent
• Excellent support from an outstanding leadership team
• Free gym on site for all staff to use
• Fantastic professional development on offer – regular CPD to attend
• Work with a team of Graduate Academic Coaches
• Excellent access to public transport and free parking on-site
• Paid on a daily rate basis – £90-£100 per day
• Opportunity to be taken on a permanent contract after a period of time.

Person Specification

• 2:1 or above degree required
• Excellent academic background
• Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential.
• Passionate about education and making an impact.
• All subjects considered such as maths, english, science, social sciences and more.
