In this Graduate Academic Mentorrole, you will provide academic support across a variety of subjects, helping students develop their study skills, build confidence, and overcome academic challenges. You’ll work closely with students in both one-on-one and group settings, guiding them through key areas of their learning and encouraging their academic growth.This school prides itself on fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student is encouraged to excel. Graduate Academic Mentor – Key Requirements:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to individual needs
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude towards supporting students
• A keen interest in pursuing a career in education or a related field
• A desire to make a meaningful difference in students’ academic and personal development
