This company is a rapidly expanding consultancy, working with some of the world’s top organisations to help improve Sales Performance Management through the use of carefully selected software. Their key competence is based on delivering functional and flexible solutions in line with their client’s business objectives. They have 30 employees in the UK and 130 worldwide.The RoleYou will join as an associate consultant and will receive extensive training to allow you to develop software implementation skills. You will work with key clients across the UK and Europe and can expect to be exposed to multiple projects per year. The role can offer opportunity to travel both in Europe and other regions.What Will You Be Doing?This is an outstanding first step in a high-potential career. You will gain insight into a wide variety of industries and can expect to work with clients of varied size across multiple sectors. You can expect to:

• Receive training to allow you to gain full confidence of the software implementation life cycle
• Contribute to requirements and design documentation of software solutions
• Lead and manage integration projects
• Work closely with senior consultants to understand project-specific concepts
• Gain certifications in relevant technologies

What We Are Looking ForAs this is a gateway role into technology consulting you do not need to have prior industry experience. An interest in technical concepts and motivation to deliver exceptional client service is key. In addition candidates should:

• Have a strong academic background, a degree in IT, STEM or finance is advantageous
• Demonstrate logical thinking
• Want to work in a collaborative environment
• Be able to build relationships with clients from varied backgrounds
• Have an advanced understanding of Excel

An understanding of relational databases is also advantageous – SQL or MONGO DB
